Chef Daniel is a graduate of Oberlin College and The California Culinary Academy. Having trained in some of the finest restaurants in New York, San Francisco, and Chicago, he brings well crafted food beautifully presented to each project. Whether it be an intimate dinner party, a large cocktail reception, or a professional consulting, we look forward to offering exciting cuisine and providing a relaxing experience for you and your guests.
Chef Daniel's work has been featured in the Chicago Tribune, Food and Wine Magazine, and Fox News. In addition to catering, Chef Daniel founded and operates Mayana Chocolate. He is listed as one of the Top 10 Chocolatiers in North America by Dessert Professional Magazine.
